When saving lives, accidents are bound to happen. When this Loveland Fire Authority pumper got its bumper damaged, they knew who to call. SVI Refurb specializes in apparatus repairs just like this.

 

The SVI Refurb team jumped on this bumper repair, knowing that the department needed to get their pumper back in service as soon as possible. They started out by isolating the damaged area and removed all of the affected parts. After careful inspection, SVI Refurb was able to determine that the bumper was still true and just had surface damage. A new corner piece of the body was fabricated then welded into place. From there, the truck was sent to the paint department where the bumper and body were prepped and painted. After the paint dried, decals were then applied and the bumper was re-assembled. Now, the truck looks like new and it is ready to be deployed and continue to serve the department.
